The Best 'Cue in Kansas City

Coming up, a day in Kansas City, before a long push west to Denver. The question before us is a dilemma I'm grateful for: Which legendary barbecue joint do we visit?

The first option is Oklahoma Joe's, which Anthony Bourdain recently included on his list of 13 places to eat before you die. The other obvious choice is Arthur Bryant's. At both we have the option of chewing on the goodness that is "burnt ends."

But there's more! Fiorella's Jack Stack, with New Belgium beers on tap and a burnt end stew. There's also Gates Bar-B-Q, Smokin' Guns, LC's Bar-B-Q and Withers Restaurant, which has a smoked prime rib on the menu.

So, if you had time for just one (though we're hoping for at least two) barbecue fix in Kansas City, where would you go? Vote in the poll below, and as usual please comment on why you voted for your choice, and what you think we must try there. If we missed a place, simply write it in in the "Other" column, and leave a comment as well. Cheers.
