Recipe: Biscuits with Smoked Turkey and Cranberry Chutney

Makes 3 dozen 2-inch biscuits, approximate cost: $17.50

•2 pounds smoked turkey breast
    •1 1/2 cups cranberry chutney

Make a batch of my chutney or use this short cut: Mix a can of whole-berry cranberry sauce with a Major Grey's-style Mango Chutney. Make a batch of these biscuits, or use your favorite pre-made canned biscuit dough, cut into 2-inch rounds.

Cut the baked biscuits in half. On the bottom half add smoked turkey and top with a teaspoon of cranberry-mango chutney, then place the top half back on.
