Recipe: Holiday Champagne Cocktails

Makes 20 to 24 cocktails, approximate cost: $33

•24 sugar cubes
    •Angostura bitters
    •3 bottles of California or Spanish champagne (made in the style of Champagne), typically around $8 a bottle. You may use less expensive choices because you are flavoring it.
    •60 Pomegranate Seeds (approximate amount from one pomegranate)

In fluted champagne glass place one sugar cube with two dashes of angostura bitters and three pomegranate seeds. Fill glass 3/4 full with champagne.
