Beyond Coors: Searching for Craft Beer in Colorado

Since it's impossible to come up with a definitive answer on who makes Colorado's best beer, I thought it best to do a poll of which brewery is a must-visit while we're in the Front Range.

So, if you had just one brewery to visit while in the Rockies, which would it be? A place that embodies the spirit of craft brewing; a place you'd take someone to help them fall in love with Colorado beers. I'm already a big fan of Oskar Blues, but I also hear great things about Avery, Dry Dock, Great Divide, Left Hand, Mountain Sun, and Odell. (Oh, and there's always New Belgium.)

I got to try several of these beers over the weekend after arriving in Denver, and now it's up to you to help me decide which one I spend a little more time with. As always, chime in in the comments section on your vote, and if we missed your favorite (I'm sure we missed someone's), enter it in the "Other" column. Cheers.
